Most of our products are made to order, meaning they're crafted just for you after your purchase. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your item leaves our warehouse.

Note: Transit times shown at checkout reflect shipping after your order has been fulfilled.

While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to:

High order volumes during drops, sales, or campaign launches
Materials or supplies temporarily out of stock
Custom embroidery or design work requiring extra production time
Training new team members as part of our employment program
Disruptions in shipping services (weather, failed deliveries, etc.)
Sourcing from small suppliers, who may also experience slowdowns

Please note We only return and exchange Goods once the request has been reviewed and approved. If approved, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

However, if the Item is damaged or you Received the wrong item we can send a replacement item free of charge, issue store credit, or offer a full refund upon review and approval.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
