I ordered this and paid on total, shipping etc. I had to wait weeks for it to come and was checking the status and they added an additional 23 for duties to my order. Their customer service is horrible, I get AI emails back then random actual emails were fragmented and not helpful.
I had made the mistake of ordering a youth xl when I wanted to order afult size lx, there was a problem with shipping when I contacted them we discovered the other mistake, they switched it to xl adult no problem. I received my two tee shirts and they are so beautiful and I have gotten so many comments on them. Thank you again 😁 . One very happy customer.

As usual, I am happy with the quality of the items and love the designs. However, it took more than a month to send the shirts and it was very difficult to get any information on delivery times. I was also disappointed that the sizes weren't what I expected. It could have been my own fault, but it seems that the difference between youth sizes, mens' and womens' is not clear on the ordering side of your website.
Bought this aswell when it 1st dropped and after many washes(withcare) its still good condition. Comfy,warm,and zipper hasn't messed up. Pricey but worth it! Was hoping for different designs on this hoodie or different colors maybe in the near future? Keep it up! 🤘🏾🪶

I love the hoodies, the design is beautiful and the quality is good. It did take a long time to get my order though and I would have liked more communication as to when it was shipped.
