Firstly, the order took much longer to receive than what was stated (which isn’t a big deal, but a heads up would have been nice). The t-shirts they print on are a much lighter weight than what I received in the past. They fit differently and are not my style. I requested a refund based on this. However, after multiple emails and chats, I never received a response regarding returning the shirts. I was happy to support this business in the past. But due to subpar customer service I will not be purchasing from this business again and will instead focus on other indigenous owned businesses in Canada.

Never received my order even after reaching out after not hearing any update after 3 weeks. Got an AI automated bot to talk too. Said my order was delivered however i never got the shirt or the other shirt I ordered. Sad cuz I wanted to support an indigenous business.

Love these shirts. Know that approximately 6 week delay from time of order was due to tariff and trade restrictions. Still wore orange to remember the children who were taken to indigenous boarding schools; will have enough for the whole family now! Thank you for your persistence!

The orange shirt is a completely different colour than what it shows on the website. I have tried contacting them but it's all AI. I wouldn't order from this company if I were you.
We ordered one, then ordered a second one when we saw how well-made the first one was. It's so comfortable, the graphic is beautiful, and we appreciate both the fact that you're Canadian and the fact that you explain the concept of cultural appreciation as opposed to cultural appropriation. All in all we're totally impressed with the company and its goals. Ekosi!
My order took 6 months before with was shipped, communication was poor, and promises were not delivered. Overall, very disappointing.

I ordered this and paid on total, shipping etc. I had to wait weeks for it to come and was checking the status and they added an additional 23 for duties to my order. Their customer service is horrible, I get AI emails back then random actual emails were fragmented and not helpful.
I had made the mistake of ordering a youth xl when I wanted to order afult size lx, there was a problem with shipping when I contacted them we discovered the other mistake, they switched it to xl adult no problem. I received my two tee shirts and they are so beautiful and I have gotten so many comments on them. Thank you again 😁 . One very happy customer.
