I love the new addition to my closet! I do admit the sizing was a little smaller than I anticipated but it still fits nicely 😁 I bought this sweater because it reminded me of a beautiful young two spirited warrior who I had the pleasure of getting to know before they passed onto the next life. When I see it and wear it I think of them and the light that they always shared so generously! Miigwetch ❤️
My order was really late but Red Rebel was so sweet to send me a free t-shirt! Thank you! Love my new sweaters! 🥰
love the crewneck I bought it is exactly as advertised fits true to size. will definitely buy another top from this seller.
I ordered several T-shirts and crewnecks on Nov 2. I was delighted to support an indigenous enterprise and to show support publicly with my new shirts. This delight quickly evaporated into dismay. After waiting for several weeks to get a notice that it has shipped and a tracking number, I tried to contact the company. It was absolutely impossible to reach anyone over the course of several weeks. I got nothing than chatbots on the website, the Facebook page, and no response via email. I tried calling the company number on the website and again got no response. I tried all these avenues for a couple weeks before finally making comments on the Facebook page. This joined many others who were having similar issues with receiving their orders and not getting any kind of communication at all from the company. Remember, I ordered November 2nd... it is now Dec 7/8. There was finally some comment from the company on Facebook playing the victim, we're just a small company, all the "hate" hurts our feelings, blah blah blah. Still no actual interaction or updates on the order. I got an email answer to the chatbot convo a week later saying some things were on back order and that they were dealing withbit immediately. Great thought I, it'll be with me soon. Nope. No shipping notice. Again no response to email, chatbot, phone. This was additionally pressing, not only because it was a Christmas gift but because I was moving internationally by the end of December. I made this clear in my communication and still nothing nothing nothing. And just in case anyone wants to use the Canadian Mail strike as an excuse, my order was in well before that and should have been fulfilled and shipped (according to website timelines) before that action started. So that is absolutely not a player in this. It also have nothing to do with the abysmal lack of communication or my ability to reach anyone in the company. My order (value $120) was finally shipped on Dec 21. This is now after I have moved. Of course I have the mail forwarded but to date this has still not arrived. I have still not received my package. I have not received an apology for the lack of communication. I have not received a refund. (They did add a T-shirt to my order, for whatever that's worth at this point) I would never ever EVER order again or recommend this company. Small business or no, customer service and communication is imperative. When faced with negative feedback you do start playing the victim (we're a small company we employ folks who might not have skills, first job, marginalized etc) you take responsibility. I get small company. I get employing folks who are re-entering or just entering the workforce, I get marginalized.... Those are all the reasons I wanted to support the business in buying, and further show my support for the rights and promotion of indigenous peoples and businesses by wearing your gear. But the treatment I got as a customer is inexcusable. Absolutely. Inexcusable. And I know I am not the only customer who has been treated this way, based on the interactions I had with others via Facebook comments. Still. No. Package. $120. You got my money but not my support.
My order was delayed due to the strike. Even though I paid for "fast local delivery" from a different company in an attempt to avoid Canada Post. When I emailed about my order the response was, in my opinion,
rude. They told me they'd "look into it" but they never got back to me. They should have looked into I before sending me that useless email and given me some kind of straight answer! When my order finally arrived it was wrong; I ordered 2 Someone's Good Medicine tshirts but I only got one. The other shirt was a Land Back shirt. I tried to initiate a return of the shirt but I never got a response back. So I gave up. Although I do like the product, I'm not happy w the experience. I understand the strike was very difficult, I also work in retail so I just think the Customer Service department is lacking.
I ordered this for Christmas but due to a postal strike it took a little longer and got here on my mother’s birthday. She absolutely loves it! The hoodie is so soft. These are the best quality hoodies and sweats.
I reached out several weeks ago about the exchange of two pairs of the joggers I bought which showed up in the wrong sizes. I have not heard anything at all except for an immediate auto generated email confirming you got the exchange request and follow up would come. I have since reached out to the email provided for questions as I have decided to keep one pair of joggers for myself as the 2XL that you carry is a very small 2XL and does not fit my daughter, who is a standard 2XL. But I would still like to exchange the other pair of joggers I have for the correct size, which I ordered, for my son. I love your products but I am really getting annoyed and upset that I can't seem to get this resolved. Maybe this review will get attention enough that someone will reach out and assist me in my simple request for RRA to correct this error.
Love these jogger sweats! Good thick material, comfortable, and cute!
