What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
I noticed a price increase why?
For two reasons, the first we upgraded materials to offer you a higher quality product. The second is we implemented a dual pricing strategy.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes we do! Please submit a wholesale application here.
Once we receive your application, we will get back to you via email.
Please note the minimum for wholesale orders is $350.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via Canada Post.
What are your shipping times?
All US and International orders are subjected to customs checks which may result in a delay from 1-3 weeks.
Also, duties and fees associated with customs will be your responsibility.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship in the United-States and Canada.
Can I edit the shipping address of my order?
Yes! As long as the order has not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To edit the shipping address on your order, find the order confirmation email that you received from us, and click on 'Update Address', or 'View Your Order'. Both of these options will take you to the order status page, where you will see the option to update your shipping address.
