General Questions

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Yes! We use Bella Canvas and Circle Clothing for our apparel blanks, B-Flex for our one color print method, and Supacolor for our full color prints. We did our research and all these companies follow and adhere to strict eco-friendly and ethical guidelines.

For two reasons, the first we upgraded materials to offer you a higher quality product. The second is we implemented a dual pricing strategy.

Shipping

We ship via Canada Post.

All US and International orders are subjected to customs checks which may result in a delay from 1-3 weeks.

Also, duties and fees associated with customs will be your responsibility.

We currently ship in the United-States, Canada, Australia, France, the UK and Germany.
