Sent wrong order and never corrected or refunded

I unfortunately never received this shirt that I bought. I do not recommend ordering from this company. They took my money but never fulfilled the order. I was sent the wrong order that cost much less than my actual order. When I reached out they asked for a picture of the incorrect order and I never heard back after that. I have tried reaching out via email, website and Instagram. This was before Christmas 2024 and still not resolved.

The decal looks old after just one wash that was disappointing but the material is soft that’s nice.

Please note We only return and exchange Goods once the request has been reviewed and approved. If approved, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

However, if the Item is damaged or you Received the wrong item we can send a replacement item free of charge, issue store credit, or offer a full refund upon review and approval.

All of our products feature unisex sizing and are designed to provide a comfortable fit.

You can confidently select your regular size, as it should fit the way you like.
