I placed an order on Nov 19 - sadly it’s still not here. I was charged for the three items and I’ve tried reaching out to the company with no luck. Hoping my unfavorable review gets me some answers. I’d love nothing more than to give a positive review to this company and if I ever get my items - I’ll be sure to update my review.

Most of our products are made to order, meaning they're crafted just for you after your purchase. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Please note We only return and exchange Goods once the request has been reviewed and approved. If approved, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
However, if the Item is damaged or you Received the wrong item we can send a replacement item free of charge, issue store credit, or offer a full refund upon review and approval.
