I still have not received my order. I ordered 5 items on October 31st that didn’t ship until November 18th, despite advertising 5-7 day shipping. As of November 15th, Canada Post is on strike and I don’t know if these items will arrive in time for Christmas, let alone if they’ll find their way here at all. I love the look of the items I chose! I can’t review the products yet but the shipping could definitely use some work. If the package actually shipped within 5-7 days, my items would have arrived before the strike started.

Most of our products are made to order, meaning they're crafted just for you after your purchase. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your item leaves our warehouse.
Note: Transit times shown at checkout reflect shipping after your order has been fulfilled.
While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during drops, sales, or campaign launches
- Materials or supplies temporarily out of stock
- Custom embroidery or design work requiring extra production time
- Training new team members as part of our employment program
- Disruptions in shipping services (weather, failed deliveries, etc.)
- Sourcing from small suppliers, who may also experience slowdowns
Please note We only return and exchange Goods once the request has been reviewed and approved. If approved, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
However, if the Item is damaged or you Received the wrong item we can send a replacement item free of charge, issue store credit, or offer a full refund upon review and approval.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
