    Please note We only return and exchange Goods once the request has been reviewed and approved. If approved, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

    However, if the Item is damaged or you Received the wrong item we can send a replacement item free of charge, issue store credit, or offer a full refund upon review and approval.

    Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

    Will I get charged extra when my package arrives?

    No. With Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, everything is handled upfront at checkout. No surprise fees.

    Can I wear one of your designs if I am not Indigenous?

    Yes, you can! Our products are made by Indigenous artists for everyone and that includes you.

    How do the clothes fit?

    All of our products feature unisex sizing and are designed for a relaxed, comfortable fit.

    • Tees: Available in S to 4XL

    Choose your regular size for a natural fit, or size up for a looser look.

    Wonderful product but delivery time a real issue.

    Ordered the Hoodie in late September and just received it at the very end of January. Four months is a little extreme for an item reported to be only 3 weeks delivery time.

    This hoodie is exceptional quality. The material is thick and does not pill. I specifically liked the crossover pattern at the neck; I didn’t see this from the picture on the website, but it is a nice feature and makes the hoodie look “ high end”. I love this product and the message it states, as well as the many other tee shirts and shorts I have purchased from RRA. Thanks for making a great product!

    I ordered four deeply rooted hoodies. One red , two black and one white. I love the quality and feel of the red and black ones. The white however isn’t the same brand and it’s seems to be a cheap quality hoody. The screen print is an inch of center which is a disappointment. The print on the red and the large black hoodies are spot on. However the print job on the small black hoody is incomplete - the L was missing and the underline one one side of the design. Was disappointed due to the fact that the wait for my order was longer than expected. Red Rebel was courteous to email me and let me know the delivery was delayed due to a supply company issue. I was thankful for the explanation. And they also are working at replacing the black hoody with the incomplete print job. I have yet to let them know of the print job on the white hoody.
    Overall I understand the challenges small businesses must face and these errors will not deter me from supporting in the future. I’ll always be happy to support indigenous businesses.

    I’m sure the hoodie is great as was the t-shirt I bought a few years back. Unfortunately I am not home to open my parcel as we had to leave the community for intense medical care as my husband has cancer. The merchandise I bought will be for Christmas.
