Hello, I have ordered from you in the past and had no problems, but this item never arrived. I did send a message via your website but did not hear anything back. I had assumed it was due to the postal strike that I never got it. I bought the item as a Christmas gift, so I would rather have the item than a refund. Hopefully this message reaches someone that can help me. Thanks

Since most of our products are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
You will receive a tracking email as soon as it is shipped.
Transit times listed at checkout are for after the shipment has left our warehouse.
