I absolutely love my “Life giver” tshirt and crew neck, it’s my absolute favourite sweater to wear. I had also ordered my daughter the “I am human” crew neck and she adores it, it’s great material nice and soft and warm. My boys also got the “home on native land” hoodies on both red and black and they are nice and thick and warm, made of good material.

Great sweater. Quick shipping.
I never received the package. The Shop app showed that the order was delivered to the company’s address in Winnipeg, despite the fact that I provided my correct address in the US. I have emailed several times and was told to check with the my local post office. They were not able to help because I didn’t receive a USPS tracking number. I really was looking forward to receiving the shirt but would settle for a refund. I didn’t want to put your company on blast like this, but after sending several emails with no resolution and no further response/guidance, I’m resorting to communicating through my review.

Since most of our products are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
You will receive a tracking email as soon as it is shipped.
Transit times listed at checkout are for after the shipment has left our warehouse.
Reasons there could be a delay in fulfillment and/or shipping include:

Please note We only return and exchange Goods once the request has been reviewed and approved. If approved, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
However, if the Item is damaged or you Received the wrong item we can send a replacement item free of charge, issue store credit, or offer a full refund upon review and approval.

Yes, you can! Our products are made by Indigenous artists for everyone and that includes you.

All of our products feature unisex sizing and are designed to provide a comfortable fit.
You can confidently select your regular size, as it should fit the way you like.
