Bought this sweatshirt in different colors/options for me and my Homegirls, we all love it and get lots of compliments! True to size and beautiful design!
I love it! I bought a large but it was more like a medium. It’s too small for me. So I will need to gift to someone. Perhaps Canadian sizes are much smaller?? I will try to order another time.
I am so happy my order number #5798 finally arrived. I placed this order as a Christmas gift for my wife after seeing Red Rebel Armour on Breakfast Television on Dec 7 2022. I was quite taken back by the owner and thought this would be the perfect gift for her. I almost opted for the express shipping but figured based on their website a 4 business day shipping was more than enough time to ensure it arrived for the holiday.
The following day I received an email from the owner Sean Rayland.

Dec 13th I still had yet to receive shipping notification and was concerned I hadn't. I decided to reach out to Info with No response. Nor have I received one yet today.
Dec 17th I decide to reach out to Sean directly hoping to receive a response.
Good morning I am looking for some insight to my order. 5798. I have not received any shipping details yet I am concerned it will not be received by Christmas

Hi Cory, our shipment was delayed for over 10 days at customs, which caused us many problems and upset customers.
Please accept our apologies, but it has been released and the last batch is being printed today in preparation for shipping tomorrow.
Dec 22 - I still had yet to receive a shipping notification

Dec 29 - No Shipping notification still after being told it would ship not once but twice before the holidays. No response from Sean.

I have to say at this time I am less than impressed with the lack of communication from your company.
- Dec 20th you told me my order was going to be Shipped the following day. Never happened..
- Dec 24th you told me my order would ship early next week. Never happened..
Here we are Jan 3 2023 and I have yet to receive a shipping notification.
I would appreciate a status update at this point on order 5798.

Hi Cory, sorry for the late reply. We have been short staffed, but your order will be shipped out this week.
Here we are Jan 12th 2023 and the crew finally arrives. I have to say you have a great product and my wife loves the crew. However you have a great deal about customer service. Never once were you upfront and honest with me about the status of my order. Never once did you take ownership for the poor customer service you as the owner of your company were providing. I hope your business is successful however I fear your lack of customer service will sink your ship sooner rather than later.
