• Training new team members as part of our employment program
• Disruptions in shipping services (weather, failed deliveries, etc.)
• Sourcing from small suppliers, who may also experience slowdowns

Will I get charged extra when my package arrives?

Applicable duties and taxes shown at checkout are collected there. Where duties, taxes or other import charges are not collected at checkout, additional charges may apply. Free shipping does not necessarily include import charges. Review the charges shown before payment.

Can I wear one of your designs if I am not Indigenous?

Yes, you can! Our products are made by Indigenous artists for everyone and that includes you.

How do the clothes fit?

All of our products feature unisex sizing and are designed for a relaxed, comfortable fit.

• Hoodies: Available in S to 5XL
• Tees: Available in S to 4XL

Choose your regular size for a natural fit, or size up for a looser look.

Where is your clothing sourced?

It's our priority to source ethical and sustainable wholesale blanks to be used in our manufacturing processes, our supplier is WRAP and BSCI certified, here is a link to their Code of Conduct. 

What if the product doesn’t work for me?

For new orders covered by our updated Returns and Refund Policy, we do not offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges, including for a size you selected incorrectly. Please check the product's size chart before ordering or contact us for help. Earlier orders keep their original terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

Are your items made to order?

Yes. Our retail clothing and merchandise is made after you order it. Please check your size, colour, design and order details before paying.

Can I cancel or change my order?

For new orders covered by our updated Returns and Refund Policy, made-to-order purchases are final sale for a change of mind from purchase, even before production begins. We cannot cancel or change the item, size, colour or design for a change of mind. If your address is wrong, contact us immediately; an address correction is confirmed only when we reply. Your rights under applicable law still apply.

What if my item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number or other proof of purchase, a description, and photos where possible. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. We cover necessary return postage for a confirmed fault or our error. Final sale does not limit your consumer rights or require you to accept store credit when you are entitled to a refund.

When will my order arrive?

Our current processing time is 3–5 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Customs processing can add 1–3 weeks to international shipments. You will receive tracking when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy and the timing shown for your order.

What if my order is late or missing?

Contact us so we can check its status and help. The final-sale policy does not remove cancellation or refund rights for late delivery or non-delivery under applicable law.
