Most of our products are made to order, meaning they're crafted just for you after your purchase. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your item leaves our warehouse.

While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• High order volumes during drops, sales, or campaign launches
• Materials or supplies temporarily out of stock
• Custom embroidery or design work requiring extra production time
• Training new team members as part of our employment program
• Disruptions in shipping services (weather, failed deliveries, etc.)
• Sourcing from small suppliers, who may also experience slowdowns

Please note We only return and exchange Goods once the request has been reviewed and approved. If approved, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

However, if the Item is damaged or you Received the wrong item we can send a replacement item free of charge, issue store credit, or offer a full refund upon review and approval.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Important Update for U.S. Customers

We’ve made some changes to how we ship to the United States to make your experience smoother and more transparent.

All U.S. duties and import taxes are now included at checkout—so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives.

Will I get charged extra when my package arrives?

No. With Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, everything is handled upfront at checkout. No surprise fees.

Is shipping still free for U.S. orders?

Yes—orders over $100 USD still qualify for free shipping.

Can I wear one of your designs if I am not Indigenous?

Yes, you can! Our products are made by Indigenous artists for everyone and that includes you.

How do the clothes fit?

All of our products feature unisex sizing and are designed for a relaxed, comfortable fit.

• Hoodies: Available in S to 5XL
• Tees: Available in S to 4XL

Choose your regular size for a natural fit, or size up for a looser look.

Where is your clothing sourced?

It's our priority to source ethical and sustainable wholesale blanks to be used in our manufacturing processes, our supplier is WRAP and BSCI certified, here is a link to their Code of Conduct. 

What if the product doesn’t work for me?

No problem. We offer 30-day returns on eligible items. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, just contact us and we’ll make it right—no questions asked.
