For new orders covered by our updated Returns and Refund Policy, we do not offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges, including for a size you selected incorrectly. Can I cancel or change my order?

For new orders covered by our updated Returns and Refund Policy, made-to-order purchases are final sale for a change of mind from purchase, even before production begins. We cannot cancel or change the item, size, colour or design for a change of mind. If your address is wrong, contact us immediately; an address correction is confirmed only when we reply. Your rights under applicable law still apply.

What if my item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number or other proof of purchase, a description, and photos where possible. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. We cover necessary return postage for a confirmed fault or our error. Final sale does not limit your consumer rights or require you to accept store credit when you are entitled to a refund.

When will my order arrive?

Our current processing time is 3–5 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. I am having trouble resolving an issue

I was given a black hoodie with the incorrect design rather than a strawberry kindness in pink. I have emailed three times with no response. I receive emails regularly, but no one reached out about making the switch and I had already ordered a black protection path hoodie, so I don’t need a second black one. Perhaps this review will catch the attention of someone and spur a response? I ordered the blueberry kindness hoodie is gray and like it very much. It is true to size. I wished I had ordered larger. I also inquired about exchanging sizes in my first email, but we already know that I haven’t had a response. My star rating is based on quality of product, wait time to receive (two + months?) and lack of personal response.

The sweaters are great. I'm still waiting for the sweatpants though

This is my third hoodie from Red Rebel. The quality is incredible and the colour and artwork stand up to the washing machine perfectly. Even my oldest hoodie (about two years old now) still looks brand new.

A little snug but very nice

Comfy and warm while still feeling light and breathable. All their designs are great and it seems to be printed on the jacket in a way that won't get messed up over time. I found that the large size fits just a little smaller than expected, so you might want to size up. For reference I'm 5'11" (180cm) tall and on the skinny side.

This hoodie is warm and cozy, high quality, and the design is beautiful and well done. I'm very happy with this!
I'm a woman, 5'6" and ~150lbs and I bought a size large and it fits well - I was going for more comfy/spacious than fitting. The hoodie is more narrow, so keep that in mind when ordering!
