High quality, warm sweatshirt

This sweatshirt was even nicer than I expected. It's unique and adds vibrancy to my clothing options, while also providing me with the hopes that my small purchase helps to improve the world and give to a marginalized community that is lush with history. I did have to wait a few weeks for my purchase to be sent (which I did not mind at all as it was purchased around Orange Shirt Day so during a surge in demand). Well worth the wait!

The Mikanaak Floral Crewneck is gorgeous. The quality of the fabric is exceptional, like everything I have bought from here, and it is so soft and comfortable. The design is beautiful. My order arrived quickly and everything was perfect. It’s even prettier than the picture.

The product is fine but the customer service sucked especially with ordering and delivering the products. At first the company said they had a sale and were overwhelmed and this delayed delivery. I tried three times to get a response on a new delivery date. Then they said they lost my order! It wasn’t until I threatened to cancel the order that I got any response. What was supposed to be an expedited parcel (7-10 business days) end up being 25 business days. There was no reason for the delayed parcel and no apology. I will not be ordering from them again.

Not only do I like the message, this has become my new favourite sweatshirt. It’s super comfortable and I normally don’t like pink but this isn’t really pink it’s more light orange I think. Not that it matters because I really like this sweatshirt. Definitely recommend these guys and their stuff.
